Radhika Srivastava was initiated in to Bharatnatyam by Smt.Shantha Gopinath, India. Radhika has been learning from Kripa Baskaran since 2003. Radhika has been actively learning and performing with Natyarpana for seven years now and teaches Natyarpana students in Madison, WI. Ramya Sundaresan Kapadia

Ramya Kapadia (née Sundaresan), was initiated into Bharatanatyam by Smt. Shantha Gopinath from Kalakshetra at the age of 12 and underwent her basic training under Smt.Gopinth. Ramya started learning from Kripa Baskaran from 2003. She has toured all over the USA and India as a part of Natyarpana’s performing troupe to present dance and music. She has composed music for Natyarpana productions and is a lead singer for live shows in India and USA. Ramya did her formal dance debut in 2008 under Kripa Baskaran and currently resides in North Carolina. Ramya successfully runs her own school “natyarpana school of music and dance” in North Carolina and imparts music and dance lessons to students in NC.
She is also receiving advanced training in Bharatanatyam and Nattuvangam from Kripa Baskaran and continues to tour with the Natyarpana Dance Company as a dancer and a singer.

Sirisha Sumanth

Sirisha was deeply drawn towards the graceful elements and spiritual power of Bharathanatyam. She started her training under Kripa Baskaran and did her solo debut in 2008. Her keen interest and involvement in Natyarpana’s productions led to her becoming one of the core performers in Natyarpana Dance Company. She has toured and performed with the Company at prestigious locations in the U.S. and India. Sirisha currently teaches in the Madison area, imparting Bharathanatyam training to her community. She continues advanced training in Bharathanatyam and Nattuvagam under her Guru.
Swathi Damodaran

Swathi is the first child of Natyarpana who did her arangetram in 2006. She has toured with the company as a principle performer and has performed lead roles in company productions and an active member of community outreach programs.
Meena Vairavan

Meena studied under guru Hema Rajagopalan for several years and took a break form
dance to pursue her academic goals. She continued her training after a decade under
Kripa Basakran and successfully completed her arangetram in 2008 and has been
performing with the company since then.
Anusha Ramaswami

Anusha started learning dance from Kripa Baskaran at the age of six. She
completed her Arangetram in 2007 at the age of 11. Anusha has been one of the top
ten finalists in 2009 and 2010 cleveland Thyagaraja aaradhana festival and has
toured with the dance company to Chennai music and dance festival in 2008/09/10.
Gargi Kashyap

Gargi started her training in Bharatnatyam under Smt.Gayathri Keshavan in Bangalore, India and has worked with several choreographers in Bangalore. After moving to the States in ’08 she started her training under Kripa Baskaran. Gargi is a certified yoga instructor and assists with Natyarpana’s adavu classes.
Shantha Hattikudur

A former student of Guru Vijayanthi Kaustubh, Shantha continued her post arangetram
training under Kripa Basaran in 2006. She has taken part in several natyarpana
productions and also helps with beginner’s classes at the center.
Drisya Reghuram

Drisya is the youngest member of Natyarpana’s performing troupe. She commenced her training under Kripa Baskaran in 2004 and is most sought after young dancer in several outreach programs. Drisya frequently travels with the dance company for school and community outreach programs and has great reviews from program directors.
Mahalakshmi Srinivasan

Mahalakshmi did her arangetram in 2009 after years of rigorous training under Kripa Baskaran and performs widely with the troupe. Mahalakshmi assists with beginners class in Natyarpana.
